January 25, 2012: Dear Mr. and Mrs. Alaska, we regret to inform you that critical thinking died a tragic death in the House Education Committee this week. I'm sorry, but today's blog wasn't supposed to turn out this way.

Under supoena, I'm being forced to give a deposition next week in Joe Miller's lawsuit against the Fairbanks North Star Borough. His lawyers want me to reveal my sources for a blog I wrote during the 2010 U.S. Senate campaign. Here's how I think it will go. (Warning: Explicit language)
